We wish to acknowledge the courage of all the kids out there who do their best, on a daily basis, carrying baggage we can never fully understand, in the form of a syndrome called Autism. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
We provide Competency based training to develop in-house expertise on a small group or 1:1 supervision basis. Hands on oversight in the implementation of "best practices" Applied Behavior Analysis –Verbal Behavior protocols. Mentorship and Supervision of BCBA and BCaBA candidates available on a limited basis.

FUNCTIONAL BEHAVIOR ASSESSMENT:
As required by the U.S. Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) - assessment of the function of maladaptive behavior, to provide basis for development.

BEHAVIOR PLANS:
For parents with a child on medication for "behavior control" it is ESSENTIAL that less invasive techniques be reviewed PRIOR to using medication which unfortunately is accompanied with many negative side effects. A functional assessment is a must if there are controlled substances being used for behavior control.

FAMILY SUPPORT and PARENT ADVOCATE:
Intervention by licensed psychologists to help families deal with the challenges of parenting special needs kids.

HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED ABA INTERVENTIONS:
Direct care staff, supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts as an active part of the treatment team, working in the home environment on behavioral solutions to educational programs as requested or required.

CASE MANAGEMENT:
Support for life-time planning, best practices generalization and access to funding and supports for families and consumers with special needs by licensed CSWs experienced in the field of developmental disabilities and advocacy.
